GCP Technologies LLC was founded in 2014 to provide engineering and technical services to the telecommunications and broadband industry. The key to success for any new enterprise is the background and abilities of its leaders. I personally have over 50 years of experience in the engineering business. I founded Pate Engineers, Inc., a civil engineering firm that I built to a staff of over 300 before selling it to the employees in 1995. I then created Pate Transportation Partners LLP to provide turnkey delivery of public highway construction projects for local governments in Texas. With over $500 million in projects over a 10 year period before dissolving the partnership in 2013, I know the infrastructure industry well. I understand what is required to create a successful technical services organization and have the financial stability to assure a long term, reliable relationship with our customers.
The concept for GCP came from Cindy Pate Roberts, COO and Partner. Ms. Roberts has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly in sales and marketing, and knew that the market was ready for a new, high quality service provider. This combination of business, marketing and technical experience has guided GCP from a startup to a successful company employing over 35 people today.
In this short time GCP has established a reputation for quality service delivered in a timely manner to meet the needs of our clients. We remain committed to this goal as GCP continues to grow.
